Some of these functions are provided through third-party platforms (see Section 6). Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their own separate terms and privacy policies.
2. Eligibility

4. Tickets and Events
- Tickets to NCHL events are sold through our third-party ticketing provider. Ticket purchases are subject to the ticketing provider’s own terms, fees, and refund/exchange policies in addition to these Terms.
- All ticket sales are generally final. Except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, inability to attend, or similar reasons.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled by NCHL, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided at purchase, and refund or exchange options (if any) will be communicated at that time.
- Show dates, venues, lineups, and artists are subject to change without notice. NCHL is not responsible for costs incurred by ticket holders (e.g., travel, lodging) due to a schedule change, cancellation, or lineup change.
- Venue rules (including bag policies, age restrictions, and conduct standards) apply to all attendees and are set by the venue.
5. Merchandise and Donations
- Merchandise purchased through our online shop is subject to the shop platform’s separate terms, shipping policies, and return policies.
- Donations made to our nonprofit partner, Positively Arts, are processed through a third-party payment processor. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law. NCHL does not control, and is not responsible for, the tax-deductibility determination, receipting, or use of funds by Positively Arts; please consult Positively Arts directly regarding donation-related questions.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site contains links to, or integrates with, third-party websites and services, including our ticketing platform, our online store, our donation payment processor, and our marketing/CRM platform. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with those third parties are solely between you and them, and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

b. No Purchase Required. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
c. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies (for example, around show announcements and on-sales). You may receive multiple messages per month.
d. Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please check with your carrier for details.
