Nashville Comes Home Live Effective Date: September 11, 2026
Last Updated: September 11, 2026
Nashville Comes Home Live (“NCHL,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through nashvillecomeshomelive.com (the “Site“) and our related services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide Directly
- Contact and sign-up information: name, email address, and mobile phone number, when you submit a form (e.g., the “Be the First to Hear About New Shows” sign-up, or the Contact page).
- Ticket purchase information: name, email, and payment details entered through our third-party ticketing platform (processed by that platform, not stored directly on our servers — see Section 4).
- Shop order information: name, shipping address, email, and payment details entered through our online store (a separate platform — see Section 4).
- Donation information: name, email, and payment details entered through our third-party donation payment processor when you donate to our nonprofit partner, Positively Arts.
- Communications: any information you send us directly, such as messages through our Contact form or replies to our texts/emails.
b. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and device data: pages visited, time on site, referring/exit pages, browser type, device type, approximate location (derived from IP address), and similar technical data, collected via Google Analytics and Google Search Console (see Section 5).
- Cookies and similar technologies: small data files stored on your browser or device that help the Site function and help us understand how the Site is used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- Process ticket purchases, merchandise orders, and donations (through our third-party processors)
- Send you show announcements, ticket on-sales, artist updates, and other marketing communications via email and/or SMS, if you have opted in
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our Contact form
- Understand how visitors use the Site (via Google Analytics) and monitor our presence in search results (via Google Search Console)
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. SMS / Text Message Data
If you opt in to receive text messages from NCHL through a Site sign-up form:
- We collect and store your mobile phone number and your consent status for the purpose of sending you the messages you’ve opted into.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Your number is used only to operate our own text messaging program.
- Your mobile information is shared only with service providers who help us deliver text messages on our behalf (for example, our marketing/CRM messaging platform), and only as needed to provide that service — not for the service provider’s own independent marketing use.
- You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP or contacting us at info@nashvillecomeshomelive.com or 725-201-0411.
- For full details, see our SMS Terms and the SMS section of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Third-Party Services

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies directly.
5. Google Analytics & Google Search Console
We use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how visitors use the Site — such as pages viewed, time spent on the Site, device/browser type, and general geographic region — so we can understand traffic patterns and improve the Site. We use Google Search Console to monitor how the Site appears and performs in Google Search results.
- These tools may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information.
- Google may process this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as those used by Google Analytics) to:
- Remember your preferences
- Understand how you use the Site
- Support the functionality of embedded third-party forms (e.g., our sign-up form)
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain parts of the Site.
7. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
- With the third-party service providers described in Section 4, solely to provide the relevant service (ticketing, e-commerce, payment processing, SMS/email delivery, analytics)
- With our nonprofit partner, Positively Arts, to the extent necessary to process and acknowledge donations made on their behalf
- If required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NCHL, our users, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections
We do not share SMS opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing purposes (see Section 3).
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to maintain your marketing preferences, respond to inquiries, or comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
