1. About Nashville Comes Home Live
Nashville Comes Home Live is a live music event series presenting Nashville-style singer-songwriter "In the Round" showcases in Southern Nevada. Events are held at Wahoo's on Eastern, 10430 S Eastern Ave, Henderson, NV 89052. Our Summer Series 2026 runs June 10–11, with shows at 6pm and 8pm each evening.
Nashville Comes Home Live is proud to partner with Positively Arts as the official nonprofit partner of the Summer Series.
2. Tickets & Purchases
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event by Nashville Comes Home Live.
Tickets are non-transferable except as permitted by applicable law
You must present valid proof of purchase (digital or printed) for entry
Nashville Comes Home Live reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who violates these Terms or venue policies
Venue capacity is limited; purchase tickets in advance to guarantee entry
By completing a purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
3. SMS / Text Message Terms
When you provide your mobile phone number and check the opt-in box on our website, registration form, or checkout page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Nashville Comes Home Live. These messages may include event updates, ticket reminders, schedule changes, promotional offers, and information from our nonprofit partner Positively Arts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting in to SMS messages is never required to purchase tickets or attend our events. Your consent to receive text messages is entirely voluntary.

5. Event Conduct & Venue Rules
By attending a Nashville Comes Home Live event, you agree to comply with all venue rules at Wahoo's on Eastern and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Nashville Comes Home Live and Wahoo's on Eastern reserve the right to remove any attendee for disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
Photography and video for personal use is generally permitted; commercial recording requires prior written consent
Attendees must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol at the venue; valid ID required
No outside food or beverages may be brought into the venue
Nashville Comes Home Live is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
6. Intellectual Property
All content on nashvillecomeshomelive.com — including text, graphics, logos, artist images, and event materials — is the property of Nashville Comes Home Live or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nashville Comes Home Live makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content on the website. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our site.

Nashville Comes Home Live reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, venue issues, artist unavailability, or public health concerns. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided at purchase. Refund eligibility in such cases will be communicated at that time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
